- Nearby attractions include the Bandama Caldera volcanic crater, local hiking trails, vineyards, historic towns like Santa Brígida, and the beaches of Las Canteras.
- Yes, free private parking is available for hotel guests. Taxi and car rental services are also easily accessible to explore the island.
- The reception is open every day from 10am to 6pm. If you plan to arrive outside those hours please ensure you contact our team beforehand. Please note that in order to arrive at the hotel you must walk for 150 metres from the parking lot, including stairs.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is available upon request and may incur additional charges.
- Check-out time on your departure day is 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out is available upon request and may involve extra charges.

- From the airport: take buses 60 or 91 toward Las Palmas; at the central station "El Hoyo", transfer to line 311 (direction Atalaya/Bandama); exit at the "Caldera de Bandama" stop — the hotel is less than a 15-minute walk away.
- We can arrange taxi transfers between the hotel and airport. The cost depends on the requested time and number of passengers. Please contact us via email or phone for details.

Prohibited attire: jeans, tracksuits, or leggings; high heels, open-toe sandals, or flip-flops; t-shirts, tank tops, or collarless blouses.
